Welcome to Preziosa Therapia

Preziosa Therapia is a developing therapeutic interventions service offering bespoke support packages tailored to individuals, families, and organisations.

My practice blends evidence-based and creative approaches, combining integrative person centred counselling and child centred therapy, coaching, and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to support emotional wellbeing and personal healing, growth and development.

I have a particular interest and expertise in neurodiversity, offering informed, compassionate support for both adults and children with ADHD, autism, and related traits. My approach is neuroaffirming, recognising and celebrating difference, and focusing on empowerment, self-understanding, and regulation.

Whether my clients are experiencing stress, have past trauma, suffer with burnout, or have experienced loss, or are now seeking clarity and confidence, Preziosa Therapia offers a confidential and compassionate, bespoke space to explore what healing and balance mean for you.

At Preziosa Therapia, we aim to make accessing support feel welcoming, straightforward, and pressure-free. Whether you are enquiring for yourself, your child, a family member, or on behalf of a professional service, we are happy to discuss your needs and help explore the most suitable support options. We work collaboratively with schools, professionals, organisations, and families to provide trauma-informed, neuroaffirming emotional wellbeing support for children, young people, and adults. Our services include one-to-one support, emotional regulation programmes, workshops, early intervention, and professional referrals, all tailored to individual needs in a safe, inclusive, and compassionate environment. We welcome referrals from schools, SENCOs, safeguarding teams, social care professionals, family support workers, alternative provision settings, and other professionals working with children and families. We also offer a free 15-minute video consultation, giving you the opportunity to ask questions, discuss your needs, and explore whether our services feel like the right fit before committing to sessions.

We believe every young person deserves to feel safe, heard, understood, and supported. Our youth services provide compassionate, trauma-informed and neuroaffirming emotional wellbeing support for children and teenagers navigating anxiety, overwhelm, emotional dys-regulation, low self-esteem, school pressures, family challenges, and the impact of life experiences. We create calm, welcoming spaces where young people can build confidence, develop emotional regulation skills, strengthen resilience, and feel empowered to thrive. Using practical, evidence-informed approaches tailored to the individual, our support is flexible, inclusive, and relationship-led. Whether through group programmes, one-to-one support, workshops, or early intervention services, our focus is always on helping young people reconnect with themselves, feel understood, and realise their potential.

We are passionate regarding safeguarding and supporting those, working without the framework, larger organisations can offer. In response to this need we offer safeguarding consultation and advisory support for professionals working in private practice or community settings. This service provides a space to reflect on safeguarding concerns, explore thresholds, and consider appropriate next steps within a trauma-informed and ethically grounded framework. Drawing on experience in crisis settings and multi-agency safeguarding processes, supporting practitioners to feel more confident, informed, and supported in their decision-making. This is an advisory service designed to complement, not replace, supervision and statutory safeguarding responsibilities.

We are proud to work in partnership with the Isle of Wight Council, delivering funded emotional regulation and wellbeing programmes within the community. To book on to one of our IW council funded workshops follow the link on the Tap into Calm Page

We work collaboratively with schools, professionals, organisations, and support services to provide accessible, trauma-informed emotional wellbeing support for children and young people. We understand the increasing pressures facing education, pastoral, safeguarding, SEND, and family support teams, and aim to offer flexible, neuroaffirming interventions that complement existing support around the child. We welcome referrals for children and young people who may benefit from additional emotional regulation support, early intervention, mentoring, or therapeutic wellbeing programmes. Referrals can be made by schools, safeguarding teams, SENCOs, social care professionals, family support workers, alternative provision settings, and other professionals working directly with children and families. Our approach is relationship-led, practical, and tailored to individual needs, with a strong focus on safety, inclusion, emotional regulation, and building trust. To discuss a referral or access support for a child or young person, please visit our CYP Referral Page.

Preziosa Therapia also offers training Mental Health First Aid training across Levels 1, 2, and 3, as well as suicide awareness training informed by current legislation and best practice. Training is delivered in a way that is practical, accessible, and grounded in real-world experience, supporting professionals to feel confident, informed, and equipped in their roles.
