Restore™ is Preziosa Therapia’s funded Adult Community Learning programme, designed to help adults build confidence, emotional wellbeing and practical skills for everyday life.

Across 12 weekly sessions, participants explore emotional regulation, communication, relationships, boundaries, problem-solving, resilience and moving forward. Restore™ combines accessible learning with practical tools that can be used at home, within relationships, in the workplace and in the wider community.

 

It is not therapy, but a supportive, structured learning programme that helps people understand themselves better, develop new skills and feel more confident taking their next steps.

MENS ONLY GROUP - We have been asked to facilitate a group where men can come as a group and explore the programme together. Having worked in several sectors wherein face unique and nuance barriers to accessing support this was an area Louise was more than happy to support with. Do get in contact for more details.
