Block of 6 sessions: £300 (£50 per session)

£5 off standard single sessions 

Applies to NHS, emergency services and Blue Light card holders

Not applicable to block bookings

How we can work together

EFT can be helpful if talking about experiences feels too overwhelming or painful. It offers a gentler,

body-based starting point. Many clients begin with EFT and move into talking therapy when ready.

Sessions can integrate both approaches, if appropriate.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange.

Less than 24 hours’ notice or non-attendance will be charged in full.

For prepaid or block bookings:

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited.

No refunds are offered for prepaid sessions or unused blocks.

Confidentiality and Safeguarding 

I am a trained safeguarding practitioner and follow Isle of Wight safeguarding procedures. Where there are serious concerns about safety, I have a duty of care, to share information with appropriate services, including MASH or emergency services where required.
