Applies to NHS, emergency services and Blue Light card holders

Not applicable to block bookings

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange.

Less than 48 hours’ notice or non-attendance will be charged in full.

Confidentiality and Safeguarding 

I am a trained safeguarding practitioner and follow Isle of Wight safeguarding procedures. Where there are serious concerns about safety, I have a duty of care, to share information with appropriate services, including MASH or emergency services where required.
